“My partner and I went to Jamaica in 2019 from 29 November to the 10 December. We both have a lovely time with TUI and at The Decameron resort hotel Runaway bay. The place is sublime.. The hotel top class.. Accommodation very good.. Absolutely nothing bad to say about either TUI or and The Decameron resort hotel. The staff from the hotel were very helpful,polite, friendly and available to your needs at any time. Lots of activities to suit your needs and age. entertainment every single day and evening. Our rep there was Tracy from TUI, very good rep knowledgeable person with regards to Jamaica and very helpful too. We had a package where everything was included like food and drink. We booked 3 trip to Bob Marley resting place in Nine Mile St Anne with visit to Dunn falls Place with meal by the beach. Our second trip was in Kingston to the Bob Marley Museum then a coffee plantation a meal by the mountain outside Kingston. Then our final trip was the blue lagoon. To sum up our stay we have had the most amazing holiday to such a unique and wonderful beautiful country Jamaica. We have had mesmerising memories with the places we visited. They were all amazing. We recommend Jamaica to anyone especially TUI who, were brilliant from start to finish. One love to Jamaica. God bless Bob Marley. Jérôme Andrea xx”

“Hotel Riu Monica Nerja 18 July- 25 July. All I can say about this hotel is WOW. Rooms, are lovely beds very comfortable and big. Staff friendly. Restaurant plenty of choice food is of high standard. Pool lovely, free pool towels plenty of beds even at 10 o’clock in the morning. Pool area very clean. Bar a little expensive. Entertainment ok. The but I have about the Riu is for me Bathroom towels are a bit small and not fluffy also would be tea and coffee in the rooms. This would make this hotel. Outside the hotel across the road are 5-6 restaurants-bars I can highly recommend. The ship, Ruskins, Only 5 minutes walk from town centre. Would I return to this hotel yes tomorrow.”

“I have just lost my mum , subsequently I have had to cancel my holiday with TUI, when I foned the girl on the fone was very good, sympathetic, I asked her if I should send a death certificate & she said no, we will send u a full refund, that was on Monday & all money was in my bank 2 days later, brilliant service, well done TUI for taking the pressure of me at such a sad time.”

“I have today got home from the Holiday of a lifetime. We went to SENSATORI in Dominican Republic and it was perfect in EVERY detail. The crew on both flights were amazing. The Reps in resort were polit, attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel staff really made us feel like we were the focus of their world. Our children were treated with the same respect and attentiveness as the adults. The excursions were wonderful (We did 4) and the beach and hotel was spotless. As a man who is happy to complain I am unable to find a single fault with this product. Amazing is the understatement of understatements. It was....well.....Perfect. We will book again with Tui from now on.”

“The website was user friendly (which is key), not too much information required so was easy to complete. The best part was that I was provided with a decision straight away, they even do an eligibility check before hand so that you will know if you will be excepted. Simply Perfect!”

“All the staff made me welcome. Got me a coffee and helped me choose the nest holiday from my chosen area. Dealt with all travel arrangements and engaged in conversation. They also helped me with currency and my hotel and parking. Thankyou immensley Thomson at Serpentine.”

“1 We went to Nana Beach Hotel in Crete and had a lovely time despite a couple of complaints. At first we were put into what seemed to be staff accommodation, one room without a window, glass panels at the front door which allowed passers by to look in to the room, and constant traffic outside the door despite the fact that we had paid extra for an upgrade to rooms with a garden view and a terrace or balcony. However, we complained to the rep and were moved the next day to much nicer rooms. On the advice of the rep we paid £42 each for fast tracking at the airport for the flight home. We did get taken straight to the lounge without waiting but the lounge was pretty basic, the toilets were quite far away and absolutely disgusting and to crown it all, we were taken to the end of the queue to board the plane and had to wait until everyone else was on board! Talk about a rip-off!!!”

“I read an old review claiming that the resort reps were difficult to contact. I have to say that they seem to have addressed thisissue: On a recent 7day holiday I noticed the rep in the resort on three separate days. He also supplied his mobile phone number on the first day of the holiday.”

“You put deals on for cruises, why are there no deals that go out from Manchester air port, they go from all over the country, so why not Manchester”

“We had nothing but great service and caring people with Thomson. We really enjoyed our recent stay in Malta because it was so organised and easy. I did all the arrangements through them and from start to finish it went smoothly. The hotel we stayed at was clean and had great service and we got great prices on flights. They had recommended that hotel so if it wasn't good, I would have been livid. They helped us book all our dinners as well. I'd def use them again!”
