“It was the best journey of my life. Everything well organized and settled. Starting from the day of booking. I met Mr. Arjun Prajapati, he helped me a lot in booking my trip and assuring the booking was safe. He was quite calm and patient while answering my lot of questions I asked. He made me connect with another Thrillophilia support team member, Ms. Kumkum Bhagwani who further looked for my rest partial payments. She was helpful and had sufficient knowledge to clear all my small doubts I had before packing for my trip and get ready for it. The best thing is that you can clear all your doubts before payment and before the trek very casually without being so formal and introvert. The payment method for the trip was done smoothly. Ms. Kumkum instructed very clearly how to pay for each links and the response I got was quick. There was a transparency between me and both of the support team members (Ms. Kumkum and Mr. Arjun Prajapati). It was my first trip so I was nervous to book and pay online, but the these support members gained my trust and allowed me to believe in the process that was never a regret for sure. We had a Delhi to Delhi trip so the booking for buses from Delhi to Manali and back was done from the team side itself and the was so convenient and comfortable . Ms. Kumkum did not end her job there after wishing a happy journey, in-fact she was in tough while the whole trip asking about the bus boarding and asking about reaching the destination safely or not. We reached Manali and the instructor gave some advices to follow during the trek. Then we headed up towards the rental room where we equipped some needed accessories. We had a time for snacks and then we headed towards the trek with two amazing trek leaders, Mr. Surya and Mr. Viru. They were really good at their work and built a good bond with us just like a friend came for trekking with us. They motivated us to climb and push ourselves further and reach the Summit. The camp Hygiene was perfect and the food was hot served. Things we received in the camps from the trekkers: 1.Clean private camps 2. Hot water/ honey water/ Luke warm water (to keep ourself warm and good) 3. Bread, Jam, peanut butter, milk, sandwiches, hot tea etc for breakfast 4. Biryani, Aloo puri, masala rice etc for lunch (packed in tiffin box) 5. Maggie, tea, Luke warm water etc for snacks at the camp 6. Roti (India Bread), Sabji (vegies), Rice, Dal, Soup for dinner 7. Medications required were carried by them 8. A Table and foldable chairs for dinning with a amazing view of mountains 9. Private lavatory tents distanced from the resting tents. It was all worth every penny we paid. We enjoyed a lot. The regular tea and hot water was served in the chilling winds and it was so satisfying to get a cup of Maggie with a fantastic mountain view. We were instructed a amount to be taken if you want the helper to carry our bags. Even if you hand the bags in the middle of the trek the amount will be same. The guide trekkers were kind enough to hold our bags at times we were in difficulty for some distance even without charging for it. Later the trek ended well with a lot of memories and we reached back Manali. Ms. Kumkum was waiting for us to get network and called us as soon as we were in the range asking if the trip went well and how was the experience and did we face any difficulty and also she told to inform her when ever you reach Delhi and home safely. We liked the support she gave throughout the journey and that's what makes us choose Thrillophilia again for a thought of trip in our minds. Once again, wonderful team from Thrillophilia and good supportive members like Ms. Kumkum Bhagwani and Mr. Arjun Prajapati and good trek leaders like Mr. Surya and Mr. Viru who makes the trip smooth and amazing. The trek through Thrillophilia is Highly recommended and I surely wish to travel anywhere with the team. Thank you.”

“Trip Advisor was not sending quotations even after 24hrs. and the executive never trun back even when i said that this much delay is disappointing. Even Aman ( Trip Advisor) was not much interested in our tour package where i was ready with details and want to fix the package. Too bad experience”

“*One of the Most beautiful trip with my brother and uncles, it was a great family trip. The scenic routes, mesmerizing views and amazing mountains. Our bonds grew stronger and most importantly it was a dream bike trip for us, hence road trip was awesome all around. The thrillophilia team especially our tour co-ordinator Aadya was very supportive and understanding, she created a great experience for us. The on ground team with Marshalls and Support team(Sam, Firoz and Ansari) were the most encouraging and supporting during the journey with always entertaining the whole group with stories and talks. Overall a wonderful journey.*”

“Service was good, the guide was very understanding , knowledgeable and has taken good care of each and every member. The driver was also good. Best part was they were there till we boarded our bus back to delhi. For improvement purpose we feel day2 from Manali to Kaza was quite hectic and a break in between could go easy and help them to acclimatise.”

“*Hey Thrillophilia...! It was a complete thrill Experience on our very 1st International Trip to Dubai Starting from Sales to Execution each and everyone involved were Co-operative and Humble. Talking about Experinece:- Best Thing about Dubai is punctuality and so were our drivers. We covered every place mentioned in itenary on time and with lots of memories on each location. Our Transport that started from airport and throughout were in Apt Cars which gave us a Lavish Habibi Feeling. City Max Hotel near about gave us and indian warmth feeling all over the time as you can see all indian tourist residing there. Hygiene was maintained Throughout our tour be it be Hotels or Cars. Best way to travel there is Private > SIC so make sure you book Private Transfer all over, our Transfer for Dhow Cruise was Private but with some confusion shifted to SiC but later on they upgraded our rest Transfer to Private. We were worried about our overseas management initially but the Online support of the team was never delayed as promised. In all it was a Thrilling experience with Thrillophilia Guys if you want Hustle free Memories then go with Thrillophilia without any second thought.!*”

The trek itself was a breathtaking journey through some of the most picturesque landscapes I've ever seen. As soon as I had booked the trek, Thrillophilla had assigned me a personal customer service associate, who used to keep me updated on various aspects of the trek. He used to guide me and help me so that I could plan very well for the trek. I used to reach out to him for all my queries. Our guides were knowledgeable and friendly, ensuring our safety while sharing fascinating insights about the region's culture and natural history. The campsites were well-chosen, offering serene settings to unwind after a day of trekking. The food provided was hearty and delicious, a comforting treat after a day of exploration. “So i recently saw a post on instagram regarding Thrillophilia. At a first instance it was bit awkward for me to approach as there are scammers all around but by heart gave me yes to give it a try. I contacted them for Tugnath Mahadev ji 🙏🏻 trek. The way they handled and each and every detail of itenary was so well curated and precise that i was awestruck. The guides were knowledgeable and supportive, making sure we were safe and comfortable throughout the trek. Itenary was well balanced between challenging climbs and moments of serene beauty.
