Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

With regards to delivery fees, these cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. “Good service. Only one to mention is that your website says it accepts American Express, but the payments never go through using this card, even when the card is fully functioning.”

“The website is helpful and generally easy to use, however it took me a while to notice the pound/euro conversion buttons as despite being in the uk it automatically gave me the prices in euros.”

“Ordering was quick and easy, minimal effort required with filling in details etc. One annoyance is the 50p charge for a wallet app ticket, which is of course the most efficient way to access a ticket. Otherwise mostly a positive experience.”
