“Having to enter the Verified by Visa password is unnecessary, I felt, for such a small amount of money. It was time-consuming as I had to look up my password and your site sets a very narrow time-window.”

“It took me 3 attempts to purchase my ticket. no information if the first payment went through. Worried if I paid again and again. Had to send an email but still had no confirmation of 'something went wrong' on payment screen. Figured out at end.”

“As im newl to buying tickets on line it took me numrrous attempts to load your nye page and navigate my way through. How ever once i finally got to the right page it was easy and i found the expeirence exciting. I am looking forward to the event and wil be using your booking page again soon.”

“The website is good for browsing different events, however I am not a fan of delivery charges for mobile tickets. Likewise the app is not ideal as it redirects to web pages for my tickets rather than storing in the app.”
