“Charged booking fee for each ticket as well as £3.50 postage per ticket even though same address and item not recorded delivery so 1st class stamp would suffice”

“I was timed out at the first attempt. The verified by Visa thing is a bit tricky. I had to fetch my code. Luckily I found it quickly and was successful at the second attempt. However, should there be some prior notice that it will be required at the point of finalizing purchase, it would definitely make things a lot easier.”

“Had trouble booking wristband for festival about 5 times, two different cards got declined.. tried later that day and worked fine first time. Probably a system issue, other than that everything was fine.”
