“Quick and easy. Only negative, I didn’t understand what an e-ticket was. Thought it was an email ticket, didn’t realise I was going to have to print it! Other than that, no problems.”

“Very easy to purchase my ticket for the event and even easier to scan it at the event. Something that can improve is that when I purchased my ticket, I selected the free option of e-ticket, it caused me some confusion when I got the ticket on my email and it said on the ticket "please make sure you print this entire page and present it at the event". That caused a bit of confusion, as I selected an E-ticket, which does not require a printer. I saw that the ticket had a barcode so I used it as an e-ticket at the end and everything was fine. So, something that can contribute to an improvement is to define a bit clearer on the ticket if it MUST be printed or not.”
