“It was Absolutely impossible to log in to get my tickets. Tried to log in on my phone, computer then I downloaded the app, reset my password waited 3 days for link to arrive, still noting. Support email that was provided for contact, says that this email is not monitored anymore. I thought that this company is one big scam and I lost the money I paid for the tickets. Luckily someone finally replied and re send me my tickets. Such a hassle tho.”
