“Whilst purchasing a ticket was very easy in comparison to other ticket websites, the organisation of the cashless vouchers was really bad. I have no idea who is involved in this, whether it was Ticket Arena or the Festival itself but it was not a very good idea.”

“Very helpful advisors (Mary and Jimmy) who updated my email address details following a data breach. However, I would still like to know what the situation with the ticketarena app is. This enquiry was never followed up. It used to be a very useful thing to have on my phone but now no longer seems to work and the developer has not updated it for more than a year. It also seems very difficult to use your website too.”
