“The onlu criticism I would say when you buy a ticket the confirmation takes forever I know there are lots of people buying tickets at the same time but I have had a message saying tockets saying sold out then seconds later the sale is confirmed”

“Because of an e mail access issue, I wasn't able to complete registration with the partner Event Genius site. This meant that when ticket sales went live the site wouldn't allow me to purchase but my work around enabled a password reset and everything was then ok. Useful that the e mail from the booking and the date of event were only a short term apart as it was easier to call up the ticket from the e mail (rather than the phone's internal storage) for scanning into the event.”
