“Tried to book various times but after I entered all the details and payment method several times, it was saying that an internal error occurred. This kept occurring throughout the day yesterday. 1st November. Tried for the last time this morning and it was successfull as otherwise I wouldn’t have tried again!”

“Default ticket option automatically attracts a 30p mobile ticket fee - the unwary wouldn’t realise that the ‘free e-ticket’ option requires selection through drop-down menu. I’m glad I investigated the options as the transaction had already attracted a £1 booking fee”

“Unable to use Amex. Form not recognised to pick up your card details stored to phone so have to type in manually. Charge £1 admin fee for no apparent reason and want to charge and extra 30p for an e ticket?!”
