“I paid £0.35 without realising as this is the default for receiving your tickets and not the free option. I feel that this is cheating customers and you are hoping that customers like me forget to untick it. I feel saddened and upset not at the amount I have lost as it is menial amount but at the principle. I will now be so careful to make sure I am not clicking on things I don’t want but not happy with this service”
