“1. If it is necessary to register to buy the ticket maybe you could somehow make it obvious, for first time users, before we join the waiting list. Because then, it is our turn, but it is not possible (or at least it is difficult) to buy the ticket in the alloted time, because you have to register first. 2. There was a waiting list. I was on this waiting list on the iphone as I was on the move. When it was my turn to buy the ticket, I stoped the car but still I could not see the options which I had to tick to be able to advance. Time ran out. Had to do it all again. Otherwise Ok.”
