“I found it very easy to book a ticket. The only recommendation is to let a person buy more than 1 ticket”

“Clunky to use, adding address info etc is unnecessarily difficult. Very inferior to other online ticketing systems. Also, charging 30p for an e-ticket?! It’s 2019.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear didn’t enjoy using our ticketing platform. Please rest assured we are always trying to improve our service for our customers. We will certainly look into this to avoid any issues such as this in the future. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. “When it comes to computers I am no Bill Gates but even I find buying my tickets on line with Ticket area to be a simple and fast operation, I cannot think how this can be improved upon.”
