“Can't change the name on the ticket I bought for a friend... you said it's well explicated in your website which is really not... no possibilities to change the name... so complicate to do it really ???? And beyond that, I ll receive the ticket only one week before the event ! Last time I order on your website sorry”

“It was alright. I love how simple it was. It was smooth and easy to pay for the ticket. Although I suggest you improve the experience after payment is made, i had to wait for a timer that was counting down 180 seconds to reload the page to see payment successful and then waited again for another countdown to get my email. If you work on that, I would have a happier experience next time. Thank you.”
