“The queuing system worked efficiently for the event as did not suffer any issues such as the website crashing. Allowing a decent time period where your tickets are secure is also good as it allows you to put your details in without panicking about losing your tickets. Only complaint would be that I was on the page when the first two tiers were available and it would not let me add to my bag, and loaded back to home page where these tickets hd then sold out.”
