“Good process. I like the reservation of tickets for 10minutes. If I didn’t have that I would not have been able to get tickets. However, after buying my own tickets, I then went on to buy tickets for my friends. To send it to her I needed to input her name, email etc. What I did not like about this is that it changed the details on the first set of tickets purchased. If I did not realise this, it would’ve caused unknown complications at the event - which is abroad. Furthermore, I don’t know if this can be fixed but the amount of time it takes your company to process payment is a bit long as it’s altered my bank balance but I cannot fix it until I can clearly see what has left and what needs to be replaced.”

“Website didn't work very well on my phone, especially when going through Facebook to get to the ticket booking site. Overall, it went smoothly once I had the website pulled up on my laptop”

“It’s was good because I manage to get a ticket but the problem was some people had tickets in the basket and it would appear like the tickets had sold out when actually it was in people’s basket but a good purchase at the end”
