“I was on the line for a long time. A friend of mine was able to get to the purchase quicker then me (and we got on the line at the same time) and copped the 130 ticket. When i got in, only the 200 ticket was available”

“1. If it is necessary to register to buy the ticket maybe you could somehow make it obvious, for first time users, before we join the waiting list. Because then, it is our turn, but it is not possible (or at least it is difficult) to buy the ticket in the alloted time, because you have to register first. 2. There was a waiting list. I was on this waiting list on the iphone as I was on the move. When it was my turn to buy the ticket, I stoped the car but still I could not see the options which I had to tick to be able to advance. Time ran out. Had to do it all again. Otherwise Ok.”

“Didn't work out as I expected, much delay to complete the payment, the queue was horrendous (paid more 70 euros than I expected) and supposedly the tickets were to be bought at ticketfest, not ticketarena. Other than that the service was ok/good.”
