“I had been waiting in a queue from last night and missed out on the early tickets.. but my cousins joined after and managed to purchase the early tickets. Also I couldn’t pay via safari so I missed out on the next back of cheap tickets until I tried it via google”

“Took crazy long to get through the queue, despite being in it from the second it started. By the time i got through, early bird tickets sold out and I had to fork over another 100 pounds. Once i was through, however, payment was fast and email was received quickly.”

“The site is nice and very easy to use, however I found it rather disappointing that I’d been in line for 12 hours before the presale dropped and was still queued for 30 minutes which resulted in me not being able to buy the type of tickets I wanted due to them being sold out already. I wonder why queue positions were assigned randomly and not in order of how long you've been in line. Either way appreciate the system.”

“The whole process of purchasing the tickets was frustrating & time-consuming. The use experience was downright inefficiant, After 15 minutes of being in the queue it was my turn to purchase the tickets, however after selecting the tickets i wanted, my intention was to purchase 6 tickets, I was kicked out of the system before i could input my card details. It took me a total of 4 hours throughout my day to purchase the tickets. (time is money you know.) I wanted to pay though the monthly payment scheme but it wasn't going through at all.”

“Struggled to book tickets initially as couldn't remember password. Asked for reset but didn't get one even though email must have been registered as was sent the link via my registered email address! Tried 3 times before doing it through Facebook by which time the prices had increased. However was easy enough once got past that difficulty”
