“I have two gripes: 1. You don’t accept AMEX as payment and this isn’t flagged from the outset. I was unable to pay by Apple Pay as a result and it wasn’t until I opted to pay by credit card that I learned this. 2. It has taken almost 50 minutes to get confirmation of my booking, both through email and in the Ticket Arena “ticket buyers” section of the website and I’ve been worrying... a lot! Apart from that, all good. I now have the tickets and am HAPPY! My answers to the questions below apply to Slammin Events”

“Very fast at first time but when it comes to payment step, just after I confirmed my purchase on my bank app, your system has been stuck on "processing" and it's still stuck after 15 min. So this is very confusing because you don't know if your payment has been accepted or not.”
