“When you have a 2 for 1 ticket offer it would be clearer if you confirmed the full price of two tickets and then deducted the one ticket off so that it is clear that you are buying two tickets, not just one. And on the final ticket it still only states Admit 1 when it should state Admit 2 ( two for one offer ) to save any confusion on the door”

“At first place I have an issue with the password(but it’s on me), however after this was solved the website by default included additional charge of .30€ for a service which I didn’t opt, and since to unclick it I had to stop the payment process (which I did once to unclick - the website shifted me to the page earlier than the wanted one), I proceeded with the payment. The final feeling was not present though (I know it’s just a .30 cent, but still...) it makes the customer feel fool, because if the moment is missed and you decided to correct something, the website will through you back and forth.”

“The page needs to be refreshed so as I know if tickets are sold out or not. As I chose a ticket and was about to pay then I was informed that it was sold out and the page refreshed”
