“The waiting time was horrible. I got thrown out several times. So many times that I couldn’t purchase my ticket in time. When I tried again, the ticket was already sold out. And I am not the only one who it happened to, several of my friends had the same experience. I recommend to try and update some things concerning the speed and stability of the service - so that many more costumers will be happy with Ticket Arena. Thank you!”

“It was very difficult to get my ticket, although I did in the end. I was put back into the queue several times which was very frustrating and had I not gotten the ticket I wanted to due to this (which was the case for others), I would had been devastated.”

“It’s pretty stressing when everyone wants to buy the same thing and you can see the minutes pass and your deadline approach. I understand that too many people on the same website creates a bug. But well, I got my tickets, not the ones I wanted but I got them so I guess it’s not bad! Thanks!”
