“I was very unhappy that although there was an optional tick box to "save my card details" it was impossible to untick this box. I never store my card details on websites, and I was very close to not completing the purchase but I was buying important tickets for a special event for some one so I had no choice.”

“The service is quick and easy to use. I was a new customer and they made the sign up very simple and without having to go back and forth between emails before purchasing my tickets. Only downfall is slightly pricey the booking fees. Overall very good”
