“For some unknown reason took many attempts to process payment on Macbook. Ended up switching to phone and completing transaction on mobile instead. which was swift.”

“I attempted to pay for a split cost ticket expecting to able to split the £60 total over two months but i was charged the full cost which is actually more expensive than a standard release ticket, I also have to wait for the tickets to be delivered instead of just printing them through an email”
