“I unchecked the option to get the mobile ticket and yet at the end it was there. Also I'm not sure the default setting to send promotional material is GDPR compliant.”

“When paying for my tickets, used google pay as it was the first thing they recommended, however my ticket was over the maximum spend of £30 which meant it got declined, not only this but when I clicked the button to confirm payment it would process it twice, meaning I was locked out of my account after clicking the button three times and had to wait until the morning to get my tickets. Fortunately, the tickets did not move to a next tier or the deal that was on ended.”
