“Hi, the reason that I didn’t give a higher rating is that I could only book one standing ticket at a time. The site did not allow me to add more and I needed 5 meaning that I had to check out 5 times to get 5 tickets”

“The mobile site was very clunky. It had been a while since I’ve used the service and I forgot my password. It took about 7 tries to buy the tickets. The new password came in square brackets once I’d reset it and I’m still unsure whether I needed to input it in square brackets or not. That said, I managed to get the tickets somehow and I’m buzzing for the event now. Cheers laa xxx”
