Our mission at Ticket Arena is to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

“Seemed to have to jump through a lot steps to actually buy these tickets. Had to open an email on my phone, so that I could click a link to a webpage, so that I could then click a link to open up Facebook Messenger, so that I could get access to the ticket pre-sale, then I had to create a new Motion account, so that I could finally purchase the tickets. The Motion account creation and ticket purchase would not allow iOS to suggest/pre-populate my information so took a lot of copy pasting to get all the details right. Not a great ticket buying experience.”

“It was a little confusing that only one person can create and account and buy one free ticket. Perhaps there is another way to do this but I didn't work it out. It meant as a family we had to create a few accounts to go to an event. Other than that it is a great app.”

“I rated midway and fairly. in my booking experience I had to do so twice to succeed. 1st time round, the system went into an infinite loop, saying processing but ending up timing out. in the second experience, I was going to pay for something free (?) and had to be shown the drop-down menu to give that feature! speed was a bit better, 2nd time round. this is my honest experience. I'm authentic and won't lie to look nice.”

“I could not register with my email address as it said undefined??? For some reason Apple Pay would not work either. Thankfully registering with Facebook seemed to eork. Also both my partner and I could not book a free standing ticket for the bbc concert orchestra on Thursday . It kept hanging at the processing stage for both of us. Finally we could not order tickets for more than one event at s time. And had to buy bbc and Liam Gallagher tickets separately . Maybe bbc had run out of standing tickets but it should have said so. Finally it never remembered my card details and I had to keep changing my phone number as Facebook had my old one. Apart from that :)”
