“Quite easy to book, no problems. Suggestion: some form of ticket allocation via traditional mail or at the gate for those who might not have access to computers, e-mail etc. This holds for the older generation who might be interested to attend events to their taste, but have no internet/smart phone access.”

“Good presentation but fonts a little too small for elderly people to use. Ticket download is a wee bit too slow. Probably a server issue. Wish it was a bit more user friendly. Overall it is ok. Just a tiny bit of improvement needed.”
