“I had probems at first to book at this website and when talked to friends about it they all seemed to agree. The site is very good except that it may perhaps be more clear about any mistakes done by the user while booking. I tried to book for the seated area of the BBC Orchestra Concert on the 17th July, 2019 but the application kept pending the processing for over 8 minutes and afterwards shutting down without confirmation. After several attempts I contacted them by email and I was replied to very efficiently and told what I was doing wrong. It is a pity that such an efficient service does exist here, but because of a small technical hitch the prompt attention given by the staff is marred. I am sure this is otherwise an excellent site.”

“Ticket Arena ticketing system is good but one cannot make reservations for more than one person and when asked to register either with my email or Facebook I preferred to do so with my email but was requested to enter my private email password which I do not agree.”

“The only thing is that i had to book 4 tickets 1 by 1. If i fould book at least 2 at a time it would be more time consuming. Else the process was very easy and practical.”
