“Found the sight not to bad to navigate but when it came to pay it was very difficult you were lucky, it took 4 goes and it worked I nearly gave up so you could have lost a sale. A pay pal option would have helped.”

“The only hitch was that it was not specified what card to use for payment. I tried to pay with cashlink card and could not effect the payment. Had to phone to clarify the matter.”

These cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. “Fast service, however, it took me three attempts to figure out that I had manually input my address, rather than overwrite auto . I also did not like an extra charge to be able to have the ticket on mobile . After all it’s an eco friend,y option. Otherwise, great!”
