“Initially was charged a higher free and had to go back for the free fast scan e ticket - could be made clearer Also had to refresh because the option to finish payment wasn’t allowed. Wasn’t given a reason why I couldn’t either. However, essentially easy to use and will buy tickets again in future with them :)”

“Quick transactions, although i find the process a little clunky. Having tickets sent as texts/e-tickets is really convenient. Booking fees should be shown as part of the initial price perhaps?”
