“Like to use this service as it’s secure and easy to use. Wasn’t a fan of the fact that l the delivery method is automatically set to the most expensive option (mobile and fast scan). This meant my pal spent more than was necessary because he scrolled past the drop down menu.”

“The buying of tickets was easy and simple. The entry to the event however was terribly organised and almost dangerous, with huge queues and the stewards/security staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing, some of them just stood watching everyone push there way in instead of controlling the crowd. It took around four hours to get in.”

“Good quick service, never had any problems buying tickets here. Extra fees for texting you tickets seem excessive though - it's not 2005; text messages don't cost 35p!”

“Good service, however after purchasing my ticket I was left slightly confused as to when and how I would receive my ticket. I'm sure it was in the small print or smaller text, but I didn't read this and hence missed out on this information. Making this clearer would be good.”
