Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

These cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. “Ticket arena was a very quick and easy way to buy my football tickets. Everything was made very clear which helped a lot. The only reason I have given ticket arena a 4 star is because the website doesn’t work well on phones. I tried the website on two phones but both kept crashing. Wasn’t much of a problem as I just used a laptop, but if it worked on mobile I could have done it there and then. Other than that I would highly recommend 👍🏻”

“If I’m honest, not too impressed. I bought tickets, used Apple Pay and you took the payment, then sent me an email asking me to finish my order online, whereby then you took the money again. I’m now trying to get a refund.”
