“The whole process of purchasing the tickets was frustrating & time-consuming. The use experience was downright inefficiant, After 15 minutes of being in the queue it was my turn to purchase the tickets, however after selecting the tickets i wanted, my intention was to purchase 6 tickets, I was kicked out of the system before i could input my card details. It took me a total of 4 hours throughout my day to purchase the tickets. (time is money you know.) I wanted to pay though the monthly payment scheme but it wasn't going through at all.”
