“i had to use my phone to go forward with my purchase because i didn't want refund protection or the fee for paying for a ticket to be sent to my phone and i couldnt chose that option online”

“A frustration is that every ticketing site is different and you need to establish passwords to obtain tickets etc. The number of passwords that everyone is expected to remember these days is ridiculous. I appreciate security is paramount but the number of passwords people are expected to remember is ridiculous.”
