“It took 7 hours to book a ticket! Once registered through FB couldn't register through email. Card payment just spun, never going through. Eventually paid through Chrome with Google Pay. Stressful!!!!”

“Quite easy to use but I only had the option to pay with Apple Pay and I had to then set my card up for it, would rather be able to put my card details in manually then I could have chosen any card.”

“it is an amazing app and is quick to order the tickets needed since it has guidelines .I also like that it has a fast track system and that the tickets can be seen through the email which is sent in just a few seconds”

“The mobile site was very clunky. It had been a while since I’ve used the service and I forgot my password. It took about 7 tries to buy the tickets. The new password came in square brackets once I’d reset it and I’m still unsure whether I needed to input it in square brackets or not. That said, I managed to get the tickets somehow and I’m buzzing for the event now. Cheers laa xxx”
