“Easy to buy a ticket, however there should be a message to say that confirmation emails can take some time as I bought another ticket in fear of not receiving mine, but then the email came through more than 2 hours later.”

“I subscribed to the event early to get the first release tickets. A link was supposed to be sent to me through Facebook message at 6pm as the tickets were released but I never received one. In a panic as tickets were selling out I managed to get another link sent to me and from then on ticket Arena was perfect. I unfairly missed the cheaper first release tickets but thanks to ticket arena's quick check out process I still managed to get tickets to my event”
