“Mi experiencia ha sido realmente mala ya que al hacer el pago de los tickets no me indicó que el pago finalmente no se había realizado. Al no recibir ningún correo electrónico de confirmación supuse que algo había ido mal...Despyes de cuanto días me solucionaron la cuestión pero no pudiendo recuperar mi compra inicial y pagando más por el mismo Ticket...”

“I was timed out and wasn’t sure if my first attempt had generated tickets. But it was pretty straight forward and I knew when I had purchased them. I was timed out because I hadn’t realised I’d bought tickets before and had set up using Facebook - this wasn’t a technical fault with ticket arena”
