Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

“The process is a mess. Having bought the (£210) ticket and created an account i cannot access the tickets and the order ID isn’t recognised. Phone lines only open 10am to 5pm...only whist most people are at work then! Stressful as only a few days until festival. Not a fun experience.”

“Ticket Arena was so quick and easy to use, I literally booked my ticket about 30 minutes before going to a festival and it was all so simple to use and the ticket could be found in my email as well as on the website”

“Easy UX - would be good to have auto fill enabled for card details. I’ve delayed booking over the past two weeks as I hadn’t had my card with me, but today got myself organised and finally booked up. Email confirmation and ticket came through immediately which is reassuring”
