“The web site is well done and it is easy to order stuff from it. However, as far as I decided to receive my tickets in an e-mail, I was not very interested in giving informations such as my address or my telephone number... I think it would be nice if we could chose the information we want to give. But after all, the site is nice, so thank you.”

“I thought my internet connection was running low, as the site took so long to process my tickets. If this had been a queued ticket event, I would have been furious. Also the email notification/receipt took over an hour to process!!!!! I won't be using this site frequently for now,not my first choice.”
