“The only reason I am giving an 'acceptable' star is because I could not book 3 seats closer to stage due to the fact that there was only one seat left in that particular row.”

“I found this site quite informative, upfront with charges so no hidden surprises with the final price. More time should be given to pay as I had to wait for my bank to send the security code for payment confirmation and was timed out so it was very longwinded to have to repeat the process and to have to set up an account just to purchase one time tickets. Requesting customers to share on fb is free promotion and publicity which should be rewarded in the form of a discount or free item or free drink or meal etc. The price or the ticket should include this as standard plus a free T-shirt which would further promote your event. The only way your site can be improved further is to include a telephone number for people like myself who prefer the personal touch of speaking to a real person to get direct answers to questions and also assistance with online purchasing which I find less convenient.”

“It was easy to find the correct tickets, amounts, and pay, BUT, figuring out seats and costs was a bit awkward, navigating back and forth to see which seats were where and what they cost. Once you decided on your seats it was easy to complete the purchase.”
