“It was okay, but would be better if you could just log out as a guest. I also clicked no emails, but still got this email. Additionally when you click that you want 1 ticket, the subtotal at the bottom dosnt update. So when you click buy the page resets and asks you again how many tickets you want. So it’s quite a glitchy service to use on a cell phone. After five try’s it worked but then I had to struggle to figure out my log in information. Overall okay, got the tickets in the end.”

“Ok booking process. But responsible for a really annoying bugbear. The policy that does not allow people to book tickets if it leaves a single seat is very annoying. I am booking for 2. My first, second and third choice of location was in a block with only 3 available, and I was prevented from buying. Given that the boxes were in groups of 5, this is going to be a problem that probably reduces the chance of selling all tickets.”

“Clarity on ticket purchase process needs to be improved. Wasted precious minutes trying to figure out how to order and pay. Please clearly put all steps down such as new customers should register then pay!”

“I used the system to book 7 tickets. I think improvement can be done on the following: 1) It would be preferred if after after finding out there aren't the seats you want on a particular date Ione could return to the 'All Events' page at the click of one button rather than having to go back 3 stages to get there. b) It would be great if on the plan showing the seats and layout of the theatre one showed also which seats are elevated and which are not. Looking forward to the show! Tania”

“My confirmation email never came through. I sent an email but it had just gonna past closing time. Had to wait till the next day to call during opening hours. Support couldn’t locate my email or ticket purchase. Re-sent my email and then luckily she found the purchase. She was very helpful and quick.”

“It could improve on asking for card details only once. Had a problem booking a ticket before, and had to call in, even though the site had taken my money without giving a ticket.”

“It takes to mich personal information. Number of people in the party, one name and the card number should be enough. The passwords and links are all a bother especially for us who have them logged in permanently and do not remember them”
