“I really think that the way to get the ticket was so quick and easy and that is the reason I would rate it as 4/5, but the unique thing I would like to mention is that there is no need (by my understunding) to print the tickets. Probably for the next time it can be downloaded by smartphone and scan the QR”

“I tried to log in with the wrong password, so I requested to change my password, then they sent through my 'new password' which didn't work either! Did this twice. Finally managed to finish my booking with 30 seconds to spare by logging in with facebook”
