“Poor. We was understanding that we was buying a table to watch England and not just drinks package. Poor labelling on what you was selling. Very disappointed.”

“Why should I have to pay more for a text message when it clearly doesn't even state what I'm paying for and what the text message does. Took a while for refund to be back in my account. Wouldn't use ticket arena unless I have no other choice.”

“The onlu criticism I would say when you buy a ticket the confirmation takes forever I know there are lots of people buying tickets at the same time but I have had a message saying tockets saying sold out then seconds later the sale is confirmed”
