“Extremely bad service I had a medical condition and was not able to fly. Was charged an extortion fee for cancelling. I even said can I use it to rebook at another time I was told no. An absolute rip off company. Never ever book with this airline if go want to book at ticket to India book with the airline direct”

“I made the booking online which was easy to do but then had to make some changes so called and spoke with Baljit who helped me sort out changing the return date and adding extra luggage. Couldn't fault the website or the phone service and have already recommended to friends. Keep up the good work!”
