One of the worst services but actually it's a scam when we booked the tickets we clearly mentioned that it should be flexible but when we tried to rebook it they charged us quite a lot of penalty . Didn't even booked of for our choice of dates we been told that for your dates, you have to call again but we won't charge you extraa! But then again when we called they charged us another £700.

This company is a scam I don’t know why Government doesn’t do anything against these kind of frauds. They should be penalised and banned from business forever. They should be behind bars otherwise they will start this loot again. They keep my money for an year and when I asked to use my voucher they exaggerated the ticket price to £250 more than online on every ticket. When I asked for my refund they’ve deducted £50 on each ticket. They are very rude on phone and doesn’t matter how hard you chase them they will never return your full money even after the £50 deduction. They lie that the airline didn’t refund you the full amount but actually they are the people who fill their pockets with our hard earned money. Stay away from these monsters.

I was speaking to Saurav, while I was on call he asked me to hold couple if time and coming back same question repeat like how many passengers and where you traveling to than finally gave me fare but didn't tell me which air line, timings and luggage than I asked him which air line and he disconnected phone I phoned back to make a complained and manjeet pick up phone before making complained asked so many questions Not happy at all and I don't recommend to anyone

Absolute filth of a company. Still not provided me refund for flight from over two years ago which I couldn't travel due to covid restrictions in place. Avoid at all cost. Pay more elsewhere!! No replies to emails and customer service is a myth. The general manager should be held accountable for this business. Why cant the authorities deal with a company like this??

Hi, This is a company which illegally tries to charge exaggerated amount for cancellations and changes by putting that blame onto Airlines when actually Airlines does not charge that much. Even Tickets2india website clearly states that the contract between them and customer is as same as between them and Airlines. However, they are now charging me half the ticket cost for cancellation/changes when actually the ticket fare for change is no different or less than the actual amount paid. Fraud company. STAY AWAY from looters tickets2india.co.uk.

One of the shittest travel agency in UK. I would suggest not to buy any tickets eventhough If it's cheaper. Staffs are so rude and unhelpful. No discipline or mannerism how to behave with customer. Liars,😠😠😠😠😠😠.

This is a worst worst travel agent. DO NOT buy tickets from them. My ticket got cancelled and airlines informed me that i will get a full refund on the ticket. I was literally on the phone every day to chase it up with the agent but no one was helpful. I contacted Airlines and they said refunded the money in two weeks. But when i called the agent they lied saying they dint receive the refund and they didnt bother to reply any emails or calls. whenever i ask they say in 10 days i should get a refund (that too they will deduct 250 pounds as cancellation fee). after 10 days they say the same thing. Its been a year and i am very frustated with the service and lies they tell to the customer.

I would give - No STAR IF THIS WAS AVAILABLE TO SELECT OR EVEN NEGATIVE STAR This company is absolutely revolting. Anyone considering buying tickets from here please go somewhere else like reputed travel agent or directly with airlines instead of this travel agent. I have told the same to my family, friends, DON’T buy your tickets from here. I would rather pay more for a ticket than buy a cheap ticket from here. I was promised a refund which I didn’t get now nearly 12 months they already received refund in full amount from air india but they denied to give me refund in full amount and trying to steal money from me by charging admin. cost of £50. Disappointed and finally i have go though via court for my refund. so much waste of time, stress and anxiety you get by this sort of unprofessional staff. Dishonest service provider Agent failed to provide explaination on cancellation fees. No receipt provided for charges. I would request consumers to think three times before making any transactions. I have spread my word and convinced everyone I know to not purchase tickets from here and I definitely will not be buying from here. I never leave a review normally, but the way travel agent staff spoke to me was unacceptable and is my main reason for leaving this review alongside my pending refund. Guys save your money and time and go somewhere else :)

I have told the same to my family, friends, DON’T buy your tickets from here. I would rather pay more for a ticket than buy a cheap ticket from here. I was promised a refund which I didn’t get. Thats one story aside but whats really funny is how their advisors (Agents) speak to their customers. In particular a advisor called ‘KABIR’. After explaining my problem regarding the refund he cut what I was saying and said ‘No I don’t deal with refunds what do you want me to do, i cant do anything’ with a raised voice. A polite, ‘I’m not sure but can check for you’ would have been enough. I have been chasing this refund up for the past 5 months and if I can keep my calm and talk professionally over the phone then I don’t understand why a advisor who works there and gets PAID to do their job can’t do the same. I later said that I don’t like the tone and the attitude that you are speaking to me with. KABIR replied ‘are you done, or do you wanna carry on?’ LOL, its funny how they speak however they like to their customers without a consequence. Clearly that aggression didn't initiate from my side as a customer who just wants reassurance so if he is having personal problems he needs to leave that outside work. I would report him to a manager but turns out THERE IS NO MANAGER LOL (well thats what their employees say anyway on the phone). However, if there is someone that checks on the attitude and customer service skills of the employees of ticket to india, Im sure you record your calls, have a listen to KABIR’s call today. They can book the tickets for you just like a 12 YEAR OLD can do too using the website but they can’t sort out the after sales and for that you HAVE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE ON EMAIL. I did that too, I emailed their customer services and refund department for the past 5 months I didn’t get a reply until 2 weeks ago. Im understanding and thats why have been waiting patiently for a refund for the past 5 months and chasing this refund up daily just for some reassurance but its ridiculous that they speak to their customers like that without being triggered. I did not once say anything offensive. Disappointing. The other advisors were professional when speaking but KABIR needs to be taught some manners on how to speak with customers, I’m sure they get training, maybe a refresher on customer service skills might be good for him? Just a suggestion. Now, about my refund. I needed to amend a ticket however the adviser advised that I should just purchase a new ticket as it would be cheaper than amending the original and he would sent the original one for a refund. So I went ahead and paid for the new ticket expecting a refund on the original ticket. It has been 5 months and they have been sending me around in circles and recently told me that I can not get a refund. At this point I’m not even annoyed, its funny how they get away with things like this. Still chasing up the refund. Promising a customer a refund over the phone, so that the customer doesn’t have proof of it and then not issuing the refund. On top of everything the attitude that they throw at their customers is funny. Guys save your money and go somewhere else :)

Con someone please help me that Ticketstoindia… charging me for cancellation £200 each ticket my family booked ticket but some madical reason I have to cancel 4 tickets please help me and advised me where should I go Normally they charge £50 for cancellation but now asking £200 each altogether £800 for detection thanks in advance

Pathetic service ! No communication at all even if its email or calls . My flight got cancelled in December and the airlines had refunded money to them but until now no response from the agent. Very rude on the phone and total lies . They charge £50 per ticket if you choose to get the money back ! un believable please stay away from them.

Don’t even want to click on one star as they are even worse. I booked a ticket on January 2020 and had to extend it due to lock down. They told me that I have to pay extra and “There would also unfortunately be a cost for defending chargebacks as we have to make a £50 charge to cover the considerable amount of time that it takes and an additional £20 charge as the bank charges us this when a chargeback is raised”. Then I had to take a special flight to India and they promised me that they would give me a partial refund. I was chasing the refund almost twice every month by phoning and received reply to wait for another 24 hours every time. More than 20 emails without any proper reply from them as well. At last, they said they approved a partial refund on 30 of October 2021 after waiting for 1 year and 10 months without even acknowledging how much it will be. But, they mentioned there will be another £15 handling fee. I’m not sure why they can’t say how much it is? Also, what about the time and money I spent on chasing this up with them and the airways directly as the travel agent lied to me saying that they haven’t received the refund from the airlines (but airlines confirmed me that they already processed the refund). I’m sure tickets to India retained so many passengers refund like me as I’m sure nobody will be bothered to chase up like me (2year now). But, I didn’t want to lose my hard earned money to an organisation that doesn’t even have any ethics. They don’t even reply to your emails. I contacted them again today and received such a rude response from one of the staff saying “you waited for 2 years, why can’t you wait for another 24 hours? Send the email again and we will reply to you” Such a worse company-not going back to them and none of my friends or anyone I come to know. I think they don’t know customer satisfaction and word of mouth is the largest advertisement which they are loosing by such unhappy customers.

Scam ! I had my flight during lock down back in November 2020, all flight was cancelled. ticket to India agent never informed me until i have checked online flight status. i have chased them for refund many times by emails, by calling them every week, no respond or update on my refund from staff. i called direct to air india and they confirmed that they have already refunded to tarvel agent, even booked through ticket to india staff i spend huge amount of time to chase directly with air india for refund. you get stuck in middle between agent & airline company. in fact air india refunded in full as they confirmed over the phone. same as other review, initially they told me i will get full refund. after week i got email from them and they told me they would deduct £50 handling fee for ticket doing nothing. they got refund back in February 2021 and I am still waiting for a refund now nearly 9 months finish and finally i will take them in court now and make aware not to cheat with innocent regular customers. They are highly insensitive people and scammers, unprofessional and untrustworthy company. i will rather pay little more and booked with directly.

Scam ! I have to cancel my mum and dad's tickets because my dad passed away. They don't know meaning of empathy. For last 5 months I am waiting for response. Intially they told me I would get full refund. 2 weeks ago I chase them and they told me they would deduct £50 handling fee for both tickets. I am still waiting for a refund. They are highly insensitive people and scammers. Don't trust them. Never again.

Initially when I booked the ticket, the price was reasonable, but then when I wanted to change the ticket they charged me £350 for every passenger saying that the ticket price was high due to peak time, but I travelled with only around 50 passengers. Our return ticket was cancelled twice and every time they demanded me to pay as taxes £100 once and £30 another time.Four of us travelled and they made me pay around £900 for each passenger.

I found them very helpful after our flight to Goa got cancelled in May. We got the refund within 4 weeks as soon as they got it from Air India. Although we had to pay the refund fee, we didn't mind as we were told this up front and they are providing a service after all. I really can't understand why some of the other reviewers are complaining about this as we got the refund fee back from our travel insurance company. It seems like people don't want to pay for insurance these days but then expect agents to provide them with the service for free!
