Hi,
This is a company which illegally tries to charge exaggerated amount for cancellations and changes by putting that blame onto Airlines when actually Airlines does not charge that much. Even Tickets2india website clearly states that the contract between them and customer is as same as between them and Airlines. However, they are now charging me half the ticket cost for cancellation/changes when actually the ticket fare for change is no different or less than the actual amount paid. Fraud company. STAY AWAY from looters tickets2india.co.uk.
