Response times were slow and inconsistent. But, it is correct that the ribbon cable to my extruder was damaged and needed to be replaced. I appreciate the guidance and it did help me resolve a troubling problem.

Communication is not fully clear. Website information not correct. Stated 2 available in US, after order in was informed it would ship from China and take longer to arrive.

The printer and its dual color printing is great and after much playing around it now works. As for the service I received, my printer came with a clogged 2nd head and a lack of adequate instructions. When I contacted service I found them to be very slow and their replys of no help. The Facebook group was a really big help. I did have to purchase a new extruder in the end.

Initial reply took a bit longer than expected and initial suggestion to fix the issue not useful, but I am not able to try the current suggestions at the moment so I live with it for the moment

Ok, but it's a shame Tiertime don't have UK, or European spares stock, the postage of parts is quite high with attendant import duty and VAT.

Support team work hard and are helpful. However, when items like the up plus 2 are still being sold as new, information should be made easier to find without having to seek the help of support team. I hope you will continue to provide support and have spare parts for several years so that I may may get full use from it.
