“My delivery was made 2 days late due to your company writing the incorrect postcode on the label. Lost half a days work because of this. Offered no compensation or apology apart from express delivery charge refunded. Very unhappy with the service”

“Found the same screws (Stainless Steel A2, 40mm) locally (Toolstation) at £8.98 inc VAT for 200. This is 4 x as many screws for virtually the same price. Will be very careful on Tilefix prices for the future.”
