Hi Graham, we ask that all damages are reported within 24 hours of delivery. Did you get in touch with our customer services team? We can normally replace damaged goods if necessary.

“Sorry to leave 4* as I have no complaint with Tilefix, competitive prices, speedy despatch and good comms. Utterly let down by the shambles that is TNT failing to deliver on time and 'losing' half of our consignment in transit. So 5* to Tilefix, 1* (and I'm being generous) to the couriers. I would go so far as to say the poor delivery service would rule out using Tilefix again.”

“First off a friend who fits bathrooms, who I help occasionally, has used Tile Fix for a few years for wet room gear. He recommends them for both quality and value. Doing my own so obvs went there. However I did take a look elsewhere for price but found nowhere cheaper. Easy ordering. Quick arrival. Their carriers (TNT) are a bit hap hazard mind so double check delivery. First batch had, slightly, damaged tilebacker boards and second delivery everything was just thrown into the back of the van. For instance, amongst my other boards was a huge leaking car engine. Deffo need a quality check on TNT guys. Had a slight prob with missing screws but a few e-mails to Sales sorted super quick re-posting. Cheers Peter Hopkins 100% Pro. Would, as per my bathroom fitter pal, always use Tile Fix. Great website too with all the downloads and links required to assist you on your project (for non-proffesionals ;)) 110%”

Hi Tim, sorry to hear you have not received your order. Millers attempted delivery twice to the original address supplied but no one was available. You then requested a different delivery address but the driver was unable to locate it or contact you on the mobile number provided. It looks like the delivery will be attempted again today, please get in touch if you do not receive your order.
