“I ordered some curved Marmox boards, but didn't realise they were 20mm deep until after I ordered. Tilefix direct just cancelled the order over the phone without a problem. I have used the company before and will definitely use them again. Cheap, but with good customer service.”

“Staff very helpful; very prompt service. Unfortunately the packaging in which the Marmox boards was first sent was damaged in transit by TNT and had to be rejected; it was also damaged the second time, but covered up by TNT. I think the boards need more protection (particularly at their sides) as they easily suffer damage from rough handling. Six full length boards are heavy, and seem to be dragged by the deliverer.”

“I was able to purchase a manual tile removing 'scraper' on -line, where I had 100% failed to get one in any of the 'High St' DIY stores. The price was very reasonable, and the delivery swift and prompt.”

“You did not notify me of a delivery date so that I could arrange for someone to be then when delivered. You customer service person did not appreciate this problem. I have now cancelled the order and hopefully you will refund my money.”

Unfortunately TNT cannot provide specific delivery slots, and after 2 delivery attempts the goods were returned to us and your order refunded.
